Wild Yeast of Dublin began in a sunny Dublin kitchen with one lively sourdough starter, one curly-haired baker, and a deep love for real, nourishing bread. What started as a personal passion turned into a joyful obsession with fermentation, crumb structure, and feeding people well. After years of baking for family, friends, and neighbors, Wild Yeast of Dublin grew into a licensed, woman-owned microbakery serving the Central Ohio community. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and scored by hand. Every batch is small. Every bake is intentional.

I’m Amy — the hands, heart, and wild yeast behind the bakery. I’m a wife, mom, Mimi, and longtime Dublin local who believes bread should taste like something and make you feel good after you eat it. I bake with premium ingredients, long fermentation, and a warm, slightly cheeky spirit. I love feeding people well, remembering your kids’ names, and crafting bread you’ll think about all week.
